Cookie Policy

Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) are small pieces of data saved by your browser. Some are needed for a website to work; others are optional and are only used with your consent.

• Cookie choice — we store your consent choice in your browser so the banner is not shown on every visit.
• Site operation and security — storage used by our hosting provider to serve pages correctly and protect the site.

Essential storage cannot be switched off without stopping parts of the site from working.

• Google Maps — our Contact page can show a map of the Binstead area. It loads only after you choose “Accept all”, and Google may then set its own cookies. If you choose “Essential only”, the map is not loaded and we show a plain location note instead.
• OpenStreetMap — our Stockists page shows an interactive map using map images from OpenStreetMap. It sets no cookies, but loading the images shares your IP address with OpenStreetMap, so it also loads only after you choose “Accept all”. The stockist directory works either way.

Ordering, basket and payment pages are provided by our shop platform and its payment provider. These use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep your basket and secure checkout working.

• Use the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer to change your choice at any time.
• Clear cookies and site data in your browser settings to reset everything, including your choice.
• Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely, though some parts of the site may then not work.

How your personal information is handled more generally is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If the technologies used on this website change, this policy will be updated and the date at the top of the page revised.
