These terms and conditions govern the use of our websites and the purchase of our products. By using our websites or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

WORTH Dog Bakery sells natural dog treats and handmade baked goods.

Product descriptions contain relevant information about ingredients, allergens, sizes and suitability. Please check the individual product information before ordering.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due when an order is placed.

Available payment methods will be shown securely during checkout.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Our treats are made to order. We aim to dispatch standard orders within two to four working days and personalised orders within five to seven working days.

Standard shipping charges apply and are shown before the order is completed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept ordinary returns of natural treats or handmade baked goods.

If there is a problem with an order, email hello@theBCDog.co.uk within seven days of receipt. We may request photographs or further information to investigate.

Where an issue is confirmed, an appropriate refund, replacement or other resolution will be arranged.

You are responsible for checking product information for ingredients and allergens that may affect your dog.

If your dog has specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us before ordering. We will provide the information available to us but cannot make unsupported medical, allergy-safe or absolute health claims.

Dogs should always be supervised while consuming treats, with fresh drinking water available.

Privacy is important to us. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for supervising your pets and deciding whether a product is appropriate for your dog’s individual dietary needs.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights.

We may update these terms and conditions when required. Changes take effect when published on the website.

Continued use of the website following an update is subject to the latest published terms.
